Jeffrey Tapper (1951-2024)
Jeffrey Tapper is a native Baltimorean and has lived here all of his life. He has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He is barred to practice law throughout the State of Maryland both in state courts and in federal courts and handles both criminal and civil litigation. His emphasis is on civil litigation, both jury and bench trials, with the greatest percentage of his practice focusing on landlord/tenant matters both residential and commercial. The firm represents about one-fifth of the property owners in Maryland for collection matters as well as various doctors and physician groups. He has a strong background in contract matters, including preparation, negotiation and review.
Jason Fratto
Jason Fratto is a partner at Tapper and Fratto, LLC, where he has worked since 2008. He was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to Maryland to attend McDaniel College. After graduating summa cum laude, he attended the University of Baltimore and began working as a law clerk for Jeffrey Tapper. He became an associate in 2010 and a partner in 2016. His emphasis is on civil litigation both in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland.
